What we are looking for… We’re seeking a highly motivated, organized, and resourceful Onboarding Project Manager to join our Onboarding team. This role is key to delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience for our property managers and guests. As the first point of contact for our new property managers, you will be responsible for ensuring they have everything they need to succeed in their roles. You will work closely with our Operations team to develop and implement processes that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing onboarding processes and procedures • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new property managers into the organization • Providing exceptional customer service to our property managers and guests • Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management and hospitality • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, operations teams, and other departments • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with new property manager onboarding • Maintaining accurate records and reports of onboarding activities and metrics • Participating in regular meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.
