And you ensure that our new customers are successful from the start!

Aufgaben

• You lead our new customers through an excellent onboarding process – from setup to optimal use.
• You ensure they get the maximum benefit out of JUPUS – with individual trainings, check-ins, and personal support.
• You support customers in connecting our platform with their existing law firm software. If a connection fails, you test the basic settings (e.g., API keys, access rights) and act as a technical filter.
• You work closely with the product team and our support to let customer feedback directly influence further development.
• You question existing processes and develop them further – your input counts!

Qualifikation

• Agility & Design Enthusiasm: You want to actively shape a changing industry and change it!

• Erfahrung im Onboarding / Customer Success:

  You have already worked for at least 2 years in a similar role.

• High Technical Affinity:

  You don't need to be able to program, but you're not afraid of technical problems. You understand how software interfaces (APIs) work and ideally have experience with technical support.

• Startup Mentality:

  You love dynamics, take on new challenges, and want to make a real impact!

• Kundenfokus:

  You understand that our success depends on the success of our customers.

• Eigeninitiative & Lernbereitschaft:

  You continuously develop yourself further and bring in your own ideas.
