Onboarding Manager (m/f/d) – Customer Onboarding for Medical Practice Software

Do you enjoy explaining things, keeping track of multiple projects, and lending a hand with technical questions? Then accompany medical practices through their switch to new software – from the initial planning meeting to successful go-live.

DOMUS Consult is looking for an Onboarding Manager (m/f/d) for a provider of cloud-based medical practice management software in the Berlin area. In Customer Onboarding, you will combine project management, technology, and personal customer contact. Your goal: to shape software onboarding for medical practices in such a way that practice teams can work with their new system well-prepared.

You turn a software change into a good start

• You manage the entire onboarding process from contract signing to go-live and subsequent handover to customer service.

• You learn the workflows and requirements of the practices and configure the practice management system accordingly.

• You coordinate data migration together with the internal data migration team.

• You train doctors, medical assistants, and practice management – understandably and tailored to their respective knowledge level.

• You bring all stakeholders together: practice teams, laboratories, external IT service providers, and providers of the telematics infrastructure.

• You remain the central point of contact for your practices and pass on feedback and your own improvement ideas to product management and development.

You can explain, organize, and think ahead

You have at least one year of experience in project management or at least three years in customer service or customer success in the IT or software sector.

The role is also a good fit for you if you:

• are confident presenting in front of groups and enjoy explaining things clearly to others;

• have a good technical understanding and are hands-on with hardware and network issues;

• organize multiple projects in a structured way and look for solutions even when faced with obstacles;

• communicate clearly and friendly, enjoy working in a team, and take responsibility for your goals;

• want to learn about the healthcare market and are situationally flexible;

• have native-level German (C1/C2) and good English skills.

Additionally helpful: Experience with practice management systems or practice workflows, for example as a medical assistant, knowledge of telematics infrastructure, experience as a trainer or training manager, and Salesforce or comparable CRM knowledge. These are plus points, not requirements.

You can expect structured onboarding into the product, daily practice life, and the telematics infrastructure. You will work closely with the team lead in the support and onboarding team and can count on collegial support.

The offer includes an office workspace in Berlin with partial home office options, short decision-making processes, and scope for developing the onboarding further. You will have the opportunity to develop within the team and take on responsibility.
