Onboarding & KYC/AML Senior Manager

As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a Senior Onboarding & KYC/AML Manager to lead the onboarding of institutional counterparties, drive operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, experience in managing complex projects, and expertise in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective onboarding processes for institutional counterparties; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new counterparties into our platform; • Designing and delivering training programs for internal stakeholders on KYC/AML best practices; • Staying up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations; • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional counterparties, regulators, and industry partners. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, or law); • At least 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in the digital asset space; • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams; • Strong understanding of KYC/AML regulations and compliance requirements; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
