Onboarding Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic Property Onboarding Consultant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming new properties onto the LekkeSlaap platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and providing ongoing support to our accommodation partners. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new properties, from initial contact to go-live. * Conduct property assessments and gather necessary information and documentation. * Provide training and support to accommodation partners on how to effectively use the LekkeSlaap platform. * Assist with the creation of property listings, including descriptions, photos, and rates. * Ensure that all properties meet LekkeSlaap’s quality standards. * Act as a point of contact for property partners, addressing their queries and resolving any issues. * Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless partner experience. * Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and partner support. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: * Matric or equivalent. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is an advantage. * Experience with CRM software is an advantage. * Fluency in English and Afrikaans is required.
