As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. Job Summary: The Onboarding and Compliance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Delivery, and Operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding. • Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding checklists and procedures to guarantee a smooth transition for new clients. • Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure all necessary documentation and certifications are in place before client go-live. • Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing clients to ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Quadrant remains compliant and competitive. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT services industry. • Strong understanding of industry regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
