Job description
The OTR Manager II role is a strategic position to lead our last mile operations on route. As an OTR Manager II, you will be a key strategic driver in delivering results. This position requires a strong attention to operational metrics and the ability to coordinate and guide teams through ambiguity. During Peak Events (High Season) this role is required to work on weekends and Holidays, also during night shifts to ensure the execution of plans. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
