Ihre Aufgaben

• Development and validation of security solutions and security concepts in client projects

• Derivation of project-specific security concepts and system concepts for security projects (e.g. CNAPP, NDR)

• Specification of technical security measures based on CDC requirements and ISMS risk analyses

• Documentation of security measures in projects as well as ongoing operation

• Identification and feedback on gaps in security requirements

• Accompaniment of the implementation of security solutions including validation and documentation

• Regular coordination with the Cyber Defense Center regarding technical requirements

• Updating and expanding IT-Security Requirements as well as deriving new regulations to close security gaps

• Integration of standard solutions into existing security architecture

• Maintenance of the Capability-Matrix and documentation of current implementation status

• Maintenance of ArchiMate-based Security-Architecture

• Consulting Security Architects regarding technical feasibility and detailed planning

Muss-Anforderungen

• Several years of professional experience in the field of On-Prem--Security, system installation, and system operation

• Funded experience in designing, installing, configuring, and operating security-relevant systems

• Practical hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and administering (no pure concept role)

• Experience in whole design of data centers (RZ--Design)

• Funded knowledge in relevant technology stack: Palo Alto Firewalls, Proxmox VE (Hypervisor), Linux (especially RHEL), Windows Server, and Kubernetes

• Experience with security solutions like zScaler Private Access, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, and Keycloak (in connection with EntraID)

• Ability to understand and technically implement both cloud-based and On-Prem--Security architectures

• Competence in technical implementation of security concepts as well as translation of requirements from ISMS, CDC, and Security-Architecture into technical measures

• Fluent German knowledge (at least C1) and solid English knowledge

• Completed education or study in Computer Science, IT-Security, Network Technology, or a comparable field

• Willingness to undergo security screening (SÜG) as well as pre-screening

• Notable personal references: At least one in the DACH region and one related to individual software development/system integration in the energy sector or for critical infrastructure (KRITIS)

Kann-Anforderungen

• Experience with modern security concepts like Cloud Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPP) or Network Detection and Response (NDR)

• Knowledge of working with ArchiMate-based Security-Architectures

Weitere Informationen

The place of employment is located in the Stuttgart area with a presence requirement of approximately 60% (3 days per week). The remaining time can be worked remotely.
