We are looking for a freelancer based in Frankfurt am Main to support a customer in their Omada daily business.

Tasks

• Surety of stable operation and high data quality of the Omada Identity Cloud
• Monitoring system availability, performance, and interfaces
• Analysis and resolution of disturbances and malfunctions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Processing complex special cases (e.g. company changes, status changes internal/external, role changes)
• Conducting tests as well as accompanying rollouts, updates, and patches in Omada
• Creating and maintaining operation documentation, workflows, and technical reports
• Factual coordination and coordination of own topics in the project environment
• Creating bug reports and coordinating error correction with developers and the manufacturer
