O&M Supervisor

O&M Supervisor | Solar & BESS Milan (Regular Travel) | Competitive Salary Benefits Piper Maddox are supporting a leading international energy and infrastructure group in their search for an O&M Supervisor to join their renewables division in Italy. With a strong pipeline across utility-scale solar and BESS, this role will play a key part in supporting the operational performance of a growing portfolio. Responsibilities: Support the O&M Project Manager in coordinating site activities and resources; Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols; Collaborate with the Operations Team to identify and implement process improvements; Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams; Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members; Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management); 5+ years of experience in O&M or a related field; Strong understanding of solar and BESS technologies; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in MS Office applications.
