LHH On behalf of an independent renewable energy producer, solid and with a long experience in the sector, owner of numerous photovoltaic, agrivoltaic, and Bess already operational plants, we are looking for an Operation & Maintenance Specialist Responsibilities The figure reporting directly to the Head of Construction will be responsible for the following activities: - Coordinating and supervising contracted companies for maintenance execution - Monitoring plants, analyzing results, and producing reports - Controlling costs, managing expenses, and supervising compliance with times and quality - Conducting site visits Your Profile Candidates possessing the following requirements will be considered: - Engineering degree - At least 2 years of experience in the role - Availability for short trips - Experience in O&M or Asset Management companies will be a plus - Knowledge of suppliers and EPC companies - Knowledge of electrical regulations, machinery directives, and plant safety - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) - Excellent knowledge of English Sede di lavoro: Roma Flessibilità: 40% Smart working The contractual offer and remuneration will be commensurate with the actual experience and economic expectations of the chosen figure. #LI-GG6 Sector: Energy Role: Engineering/Design
