OJIBWE LANGUAGE AND CULTURAL INSTRUCTOR

The purposes of this position are: To provide assistance in Ojibwe Language instruction, educational programs and other learning activities for children within the policies and procedures established by Chief and Council, Chief Operating Officer and as directed by the Manager of the O’Shkiigmong Early Learning Centre The duties and responsibilities of this position are categorized into three main functions: Educational Responsible for providing Ojibwe language instruction for O’Shkiigmong Early Learning Centre. The instructor will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of students, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional delivery. This may include working with other staff members to develop and implement educational programs, as well as providing support and guidance to students and their families. Additionally, the instructor will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on student progress and achievement.
