Oil & Autoclave Team Leader

As part of our team, you will ensure efficient and secure energy flows through our innovative transformer technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a team of up to 20 people, ensuring continuous 24/7 operations.
• Provide support, training, and motivation to the team.
• Assign tasks and verify their completion.
• Make quick decisions during technical incidents.
• Organize and coordinate teams in the autoclave and oil section.
• Monitor and control continuous industrial processes.
• Ensure work quality by adhering to technical standards.
• Supervise and improve oil storage and management systems.
• Implement modern technologies and optimization methods.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of Petroleum and Gas Engineering or similar technical education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy, oil, or gas sector.
• Advanced PC skills and AutoCAD knowledge.
• Experience in continuous industrial processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
