Job Description: Requirements & Competencies Needed: - Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems - Knowledge in using applications and websites (modification/creation) - Experience with Microsoft 365: configuring Outlook profiles, managing licenses, etc. - Internal applications and hardware equipment - Managing incoming requests via site or email, ensuring correct classification of incidents - Technical diagnosis and application of remediation procedures, - Ensuring professional communication with user-friendly solutions for users/clients - Monitoring IT alerts and redistributing them to the main IT department in Turkey More details will be discussed at the interview: 0799775677 - Savci Yakup
