Job description
Personnel is sought for the maintenance of facilities in Torrevieja. A Vocational Training Certificate (Grado Medio) or Higher Vocational Training Certificate (Grado Superior) in Electricity, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Plumbing is required, depending on the service activity. It is necessary to have a working at heights permit, elevated work platform operation certification, RITE (Regulations of Thermal Installations in Buildings), and training in High and Low Voltage. Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), Quality, and Environment is valued. The functions include the maintenance of diesel and gas thermal installations, boilers, power distribution boards, and autonomous equipment. The care of domestic hot water (ACS) tanks, such as water heaters and thermostats, will also be carried out, as well as electronic and safety maintenance in mechanical door opening systems. Electrical maintenance is covered from the transformation center to the low voltage board, in addition to fire extinction systems, scanners, detector arches, and water treatment plants, including cleaning and minor repairs. The workday is part-time with a rotating schedule from Monday to Friday, in shifts from 7:00 to 14:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00. The contract is temporary.
