Job Information: Building Maintenance Officer

Contract: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws)

Location: Rua Joaquim Corrêa Junior, 3230 - Distrito Industrial - Franca/SP, CEP: 14406-093

Salary: R$ R$ 3,007.80 + 30% hazard pay

Schedules: Mon to Fri and alternating Saturdays

Hours: 08:00 to 17:00

Perform daily rounds in the building's facilities, recording data obtained from checks of UPS, generators, diesel tanks, SPDA (Lightning Protection System), lighting, primary substation, potable water reservoirs, civil installations, and others, to ensure the perfect functioning of the equipment; execute corrective maintenance activities for all electrical and civil systems, as well as perform preventive maintenance of equipment in the electrical, hydraulic, hydro-sanitary, painting, masonry, and various civil repair systems (others). Accompany maintenance service providers for UPS and generator equipment, reporting any anomalies observed in the equipment for maintenance; Request materials/tools from the warehouse, according to the corrective maintenance plan schedule; Make correct use and keep PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) safe.
