VACANCY: Building Maintenance Officer
SALARY: R$1,759.45
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, alternating Saturdays
HOURS: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Work Location: Rua Aurora Soares Barbosa, 775/777 – Cidade de Deus- Prédio Balança | Vila Campesina, Osasco – SP | CEP 06023-010

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The professional will be responsible for performing General Maintenance, with a focus on civil and hydraulic areas.
Their main responsibilities include:
Activities:
- The professional will be responsible for conducting daily rounds of the building's facilities, checking UPS systems, generators, diesel tanks, SPDA (lightning protection system), lighting, primary cabin, and potable water reservoirs, ensuring the perfect functioning of the equipment.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, hydro-sanitary, painting, masonry, and civil repair systems;
- Repairs to fences, gates, and other building infrastructure items;
- Supervision of service providers for UPS, generator, and other equipment maintenance;
- Requesting materials and tools from the warehouse according to the corrective maintenance plan;
- Correct use and storage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment);
- Cleaning and inspection of ventilation systems;
- Testing of emergency and safety systems, such as alarms and emergency lights;
- Assembly of furniture and equipment;
- Installation and maintenance of fire extinguishers and fire fighting systems;
- Checking the operation of air conditioning and ventilation;
- Ensuring the organization and preservation of work equipment and tools.

First Aid, NR6, NR17, NR10, NR33, and NR35
