JOB VACANCY: Building Maintenance Officer
SALARY: R$1,759.45 + 30% (Hazard Pay)
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays
HOURS: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
Proven experience in the electrical field.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for performing daily rounds and filling out checklists, ensuring the proper functioning of UPS, generators, diesel tanks, SPDA (Lightning Protection System), lighting, primary substation, and potable water reservoirs.

Main Activities:
-Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, hydrosanitary, and civil systems (painting, masonry, carpentry);
-Accompany service providers in maintenance of UPS, generators, and other equipment;
-Request materials and tools as needed;
-Inspect and maintain ventilation, air conditioning, and safety systems (alarms and emergency lights);
-Install and maintain fire extinguishers and fire fighting systems;
-Assemble furniture and equipment;
-Ensure the organization and conservation of tools and equipment.

First Aid, NR6, NR17, NR10, NR33, and NR35
