First-Grade Polivalent Building Maintenance Officer

We are looking for a first-grade polivalent officer for building maintenance. This is a position assigned to a company that performs integrated and specific work in buildings, infrastructure, and industries. The main functions include general maintenance tasks, with special attention to electricity and air conditioning. The necessary requirements are solid knowledge in these areas, preferably with professional training in electricity, air conditioning or equivalent, as well as experience in the use of tools and equipment for the performance of these tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have good communication skills. The working hours will be from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, with one hour for lunch. The salary will be competitive and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
