WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Acquire, manage and grow a portfolio of Premier Banking customers based offshore, specifically covering North Asia. * Provide premium and holistic financial advisory services and solutions to meet the wealth management needs of Premier Banking customers. * Act as a trusted advisor to build strong and lasting relationships with customers. * Achieve sales targets by driving business growth across various product categories including Deposits, Investments, and Loans. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service. * Provide regular feedback to the supervisor on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. WHAT YOU BRING: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, preferably with a focus on offshore markets. * Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and lending. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
