KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the offshore premier banking segment in North Asia, PBA - OCBC, aligned with the bank's overall strategy and goals; • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners to drive growth and revenue; • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand our presence in the region, leveraging our strengths in wealth management, trade finance, and cash management; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients; • Provide thought leadership and expertise to internal stakeholders, including senior management and business leaders, on offshore premier banking trends and best practices. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred; • At least 8 years of experience in offshore premier banking, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue; • Proven ability to develop and execute effective business plans, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically; • Fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese is an added advantage.
