Offshore Netcracker Consultant

InnovationTeam is looking for a skilled Offshore Netcracker Consultant for Telecom to join our expanding team. As an Offshore Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert support and consultation on Netcracker solutions tailored for the telecommunications sector. Your expertise will play a critical role in delivering value and optimizing our clients' operations. In this position, you will: Analyze client requirements and develop tailored Netcracker solutions to meet their specific business needs. Provide technical guidance and support for the implementation and configuration of Netcracker products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other technical specialists, to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals. Stay updated with the latest Netcracker product releases, industry trends, and best practices. Participate in workshops, training sessions, and conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Netcracker Consultant, with a strong understanding of Netcracker OSS/BSS solutions. In-depth knowledge of telecommunications concepts, including network architecture, operations, and services. Experience with Netcracker product modules such as CRM, Order Management, Service Fulfillment, and Revenue Management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote, offshore environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
