Royal Ocean Marine is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Offshore Crewing Executive to join our client's team. As a Crewing Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating crew changes, managing crew documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of crewing processes. You will work closely with ship personnel, manning agencies, and regulatory authorities to ensure that the vessels are properly manned and crewed. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining crew records, updating databases, and performing other administrative tasks as required. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
