Your Tasks

You love it when events are taken from concept to measurable implementation, with performance, budget, and brand impact in mind? You work proactively, think solution-oriented, and feel comfortable both in conception and operational implementation? Then you're exactly right at KoRo!

Look forward to a varied working day with tasks like:

• Comprehensive Event & Project Management: Acquisition, concept development, planning, organization, and execution of events, as well as independent project management including time, resource, and budget control.
• Strategy, Controlling & Reporting: Development of business cases, budget, and revenue calculations, as well as analysis, evaluation, and reporting of event performance (KPIs, learnings, optimization).
• Marketing & Branding: Co-development and implementation of offline marketing strategies, as well as creative event and experience concepts to increase brand awareness and recognition.
• Collaborations & Stakeholder Management: Identification, establishment, and further development of collaborations and close coordination with internal teams (marketing, sales, brand, operations).
• Implementation & Quality Assurance: Active brand representation at events, continuous process optimization, and ensuring a professional, detail-oriented appearance.

Your Profile

• You have a completed business administration degree or equivalent training.
• You have 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the event, marketing, or business field.
• Ideal would be if you are available immediately and can start with us shortly.
• You live in Berlin or surroundings or are willing to move to Berlin for this position.
• You possess a Class B driver's license, occasionally drive a transporter, and are travel-ready when projects require it.
• You have a well-developed understanding of numbers and costs and handle revenue, profit, and budget calculations with confidence.
• You work routinely with Google Workspace, especially with Google Sheets – analyses and calculations are part of your daily routine.
• You bring a strong marketing understanding, especially in the offline and brand context.
• You communicate very securely on German and English.
• You work productively, proactively, and solution-oriented and recognize tasks independently.
• You convince with a structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style with a clear focus on timely implementation.
• You are creative, bring in your own ideas, and implement them independently.
• Endurance, team spirit, and a secure appearance towards internal and external partners count among your strengths.
• You have fun with innovative and creative events and projects and get excited about topics around the food industry.
