Offline Activation Intern

About Troovy Foods: At Troovy Foods, children are at the heart of everything we do. We create snacks that are power-packed with good ingredients — no junk, no chemicals, just honest food kids love! In collaboration with Go Sharpener, we’re launching a nationwide educational campaign to inspire children to make healthier snack choices. To make it happen, we’re looking for 4-5 passionate candidates to join our core initiative for Mumbai location. Role Description: The School Activation Intern will be responsible for the offline activation of our campaign in schools across Mumbai. This includes but is not limited to: • Conducting workshops and sessions with students and teachers on healthy snacking habits and our brand values. • Developing engaging content and materials for school activations, including presentations, games, and activities. • Collaborating with local schools and educational institutions to identify opportunities for activation and develop a plan of action. • Building relationships with school administrators, teachers, and students to ensure successful execution of the campaign. • Providing support to the team in planning, executing, and evaluating the offline activations. • Maintaining accurate records of all activities, including attendance, feedback, and evaluation metrics. • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas for future activations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in education or a related field). • 1-2 years of experience in event management, marketing, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable.
