What you will do

As a Technical Officer, you and your team will be responsible for the maintenance of the technical systems of our helicopters, aircraft, and radar systems. You will lead one of the Air Force's maintenance departments, where you will manage the availability, deployment, and planning of the vehicles. You will ensure optimal operational management based on your maintenance analyses and will be closely involved in improvements and modifications to the equipment. You will also be a personnel manager and ensure optimal operational management. In short: a high-level challenge.

Where you will work

You will work in a department responsible for the maintenance of technical systems. First and second-line maintenance takes place at the air bases; the most complex maintenance is carried out at the Woensdrecht Logistics Center.
