Job description

The job of responsible for human resources consists in ensuring the management of military personnel, both administratively and relationally. You will oversee recruitment processes, evaluation, professional development, and mobility. From an air base, you are at the service of aviators to accompany them in their career, status, and rights while respecting military HR regulations.

A salary equal between men and women at the same post and equivalent hierarchical level.

To start your career as a responsible for human resources, the job includes:

- Initial military training of 12 weeks at the École de l'Air et de l'Espace in Salon-de-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône).

You will follow a paid training:
After passing the entry tests, you are fully integrated into the staff of the Air and Space Army. As such, you benefit from your full salary during the entire duration of the training until obtaining the required certifications to start your job as responsible for human resources.

The officer psychologist assigned to the EETAAE in Saintes will provide psychological support to military students (aged 16-18) placed in boarding school for two consecutive years. He/She will intervene with students and their immediate supervisors to prevent, identify, and follow up on psychological and emotional difficulties of students and staff at the school. He/She will be responsible for assisting and advising the high command of the school on detected or encountered difficulties and complex psychological situations. He/She will be at the heart of the daily encadrement and support device for military students.

Your MISSIONS:

* Ensure psychological follow-up of students and maintain contact with families in coordination with the education team. Depending on the student's problem, the psychologist may orient students towards an external structure, while ensuring a link with professionals working there.

* Counsel the command in the field of psychology. He/She brings his/her analysis of problems based on his/her specific skills.

* Collaborate with different services at the school to handle difficult students (social assistant, medical antenna, education team).

* Accompany the education team in setting up pedagogical projects and accompanying students.

* Propose modules of training (adolescent psychology) to educators and other personnel related to students.

* Participate in candidate selection interviews for educators and trainers at EETAAE.

* Participate in coordination meetings (command meeting, student support cell, instruction council).

* Receive individual or collective interviews with school staff members experiencing personal or professional difficulties (priority remaining the support provided to students).

DIPLOME - FORMATION:

* You hold a MASTER 2 in Psychology
* You attest to being a Psychologist

COMPETENCES SPECIFIQUES REQUISES:

* Knowledge of child, adolescent, and adult psychopathology.
* General knowledge of the school system and its major challenges.
* Respect for the deontology proper to his/her function as a clinical psychologist.
