Officer Basispsycholoog

Introduction Note: This position is specifically intended for deployment within the Zwolle region. The Defence Healthcare Organisation consists of several companies that each make a specific contribution to military healthcare. These companies serve all defence branches. The Military Mental Health Care (MGGZ) is part of the Division Defence Healthcare Organisation and provides both generalist basic mental health care as well as specialized mental health care to active duty personnel, veterans, and their families. The MGGZ also focuses on prevention, early detection, and treatment of mental health problems in military personnel. The organisation has a strong focus on collaboration with other healthcare providers, research institutions, and the Ministry of Defence. The Officer Basispsycholoog will be responsible for providing mental health care to military personnel, veterans, and their families, as well as conducting research and developing evidence-based interventions. The Officer Basispsycholoog will also contribute to the development of mental health policies and guidelines within the Defence Healthcare Organisation. The position requires a strong understanding of military culture and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. The Officer Basispsycholoog must be able to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers. The Officer Basispsycholoog will also have to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
