Officer, IDTS

Position Overview: Officer, Instructional Designing and technical support (IDTS) position will be based at New Delhi, Country Office, and report directly to the Manager, Literacy. This position will involve frequent travel to field offices, as well as regular interaction with education officials, partners, school administrators, teachers, and students. Responsibilities: Develop a thorough understanding of RtR’s Literacy program design. Provide technical support to the state in System Strengthening and Capacity Building for Education. Collaborate with the Manager, Literacy to develop and implement strategies for improving literacy outcomes. Conduct training sessions for education officials, school administrators, teachers, and students on instructional designing and technical support. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including education officials, partners, and school administrators. Provide technical assistance and support to state teams in developing and implementing literacy programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of literacy programs and provide recommendations for improvement. Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation and provide technical guidance as needed. Requirements: Master’s degree in Education or related field. At least 5 years of experience in instructional designing, training, and technical support. Strong understanding of RtR’s Literacy program design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
