The role involves analysing portfolio performance, optimising processes, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines, and improving recovery rates through data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute collection strategies to maximise recovery rates, analyse portfolio performance to identify trends and areas for improvement, optimise processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency, ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and regulations, and improve recovery rates through data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail lending products and collection strategies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong understanding of retail lending products and collection strategies, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
