Office Support Specialist - Mandarin Speaking

Opportunity for a Mandarin speaking & Italian speaking professional to join a global leading solar & renewable energy manufacturing company, as office support specialist/ Office Manager, based on experience. Location: Remote Contract : full time, consultant contract (at the moment company, the company does not have a local entity, so the role will be offered on a consultancy contract basis.) Role: Key Responsibilities Coordinate with customers throughout the entire ordering process, including orders, returns, and cancellations; Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions; Manage and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions; Assist in preparing and sending out regular reports to customers; Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients; Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other general office duties; Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance; Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and development within the company.
