Office Staff / Service Representative with Vehicle Knowledge (m/f/d)
Job description
- Safeguard a smooth service process and excellent service quality for our customers - You support and advise our customers from contract creation to review of all contract details.
- You are enthusiastic about both administrative tasks and working with and on the vehicle itself.
- Performing optical inspections, vehicle notifications, and providing for our B2B and B2C business make your day varied.
- Check the vehicle condition and create an electronic status report using our own developed app, you can almost buy any vehicle from us!
