Job description
Humangest SPA, a recruitment agency with a branch in Treviso, is looking for an OFFICE STAFF MEMBER for a leading company in the corporate marketing sector, based in Spresiano (TV). The selected resource will be mainly responsible for:
- Welcoming clients and visitors;
- Managing the switchboard and email;
- Preliminary preparation and archiving of documents;
- Data entry;
- Scheduling appointments with executives.
Requirements:
- Diploma di Scuola secondaria superiore (or equivalent);
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
