We are no longer 20 and no longer 30, we are in the middle of life with family and children, but we have an idea that we want to make big together with you. Our product is produced locally and we value quality and sustainability. So that we can continue to accelerate, we are looking for a reliable, detail-loving and dedicated personality to take over our daily tasks with heart, intelligence and organizational talent.

Tasks

• You process our customer orders with the necessary care
• You communicate with customers, partners, and service providers
• You support management in day-to-day business
• You bring structure to documents, processes, and internal workflows
• You like numbers and are meticulous about maintaining databases
• You organize appointments, processes, and the normal everyday chaos
• You think proactively – and preferably one step ahead

Qualifications

• Very good German in speaking and writing
• A structured, careful, and detail-loving way of working
• Reliability and real sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of communication and teamwork
• Initiative instead of "tell me what to do"
• Confident handling of common office tools
• Academic background? Not a must – but a plus
