We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee

operations across three commercial sites. This pivotal role ensures smooth

service delivery, strong client relationships, effective staff management, and

compliance with workplace standards.

About the Role

As Office Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations,

coordinating staff, managing resources, and maintaining excellent

communication with clients. You’ll lead a team across multiple sites, ensuring

they are supported, trained, and delivering high-quality outcomes. The role also

requires strong administration skills, a proactive approach to compliance, and

the ability to improve systems for greater efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate staff schedules, rosters, recruitment, and onboarding processes

Provide leadership, supervision, and performance support to site staff

Act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong and professional

relationships

Manage procurement, stock control, and resource allocation across three

sites

Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and client requirements

Prepare reports and analyse data to support management decision-making

Review and improve systems and processes to enhance service delivery

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in office, operations, or facilities management (multi-site

experience highly regarded)

A confident leader with proven staff supervision skills

Highly organised, with strong administration and reporting capabilities

Professional in client communications and relationship management

Knowledgeable in compliance and workplace safety standards

Adaptable, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
