You enjoy organizing an office not just, but actively shaping it? You keep the overview, like to operate practically with and ensure that employees, guests, suppliers, and external partners feel welcome at our place? Then join our team and support us in developing our office management professionally, efficiently, and with a lot of attention to detail.
- You sit at our reception desk and are the first point of contact for arriving guests, suppliers, postal services, and external contacts
- You ensure through your morning office check-up including meeting rooms for order, cleanliness, and a pleasant working atmosphere
- You are responsible for the post room, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, and take care of reliable package distribution
- You order office supplies, beverages, and other office needs independently and ensure that kitchens and community areas are well-equipped
- You prepare fruit bowls, support with administrative tasks, and bring yourself into organizational topics such as workplace safety
- You coordinate office projects and external service providers, for example, clean-up days, office design, janitorial services, cleaning company, property management or beverage partners
You bring with you
- You enjoy being the central point of contact for all office matters and supporting employees, guests, and external contacts service-oriented
- You greet at the reception desk friendly, professionally, and cordially and ensure a positive first impression
- You communicate clearly and securely with different contact partners, from employees to suppliers to service providers
- You work structured, reliable, and independently and keep track even when dealing with multiple parallel tasks
- You have a good eye for detail, love order, and quickly recognize where workflows or the office atmosphere can be improved
- You like to operate practically, think proactively, and bring creative ideas for developing the office into play
- You possess fluent German language skills, good English language skills, and can support us at least two days a week in the office (15-20 hours/week)
