Job description

Your Role

As an Office Manager (m/f/d), you are the heart of our Berlin office. You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background and that colleagues, clients, and guests feel completely at ease.

You think ahead, keep an overview, and get hands-on – from daily office operations to events and larger projects like moves or renovations.

What exactly do you do?

You keep our office running. You coordinate facility management, tradespeople, and service providers, and take care of everything that makes for a smooth office routine – from meeting rooms, orders, and mail to documentation, travel bookings, invoices, and receipts. You will also be responsible for selected topics for our Munich office.

You are a host and bring people together. You welcome clients and guests, prepare meetings and catering, and ensure that our office is a place where people enjoy coming together. This also includes our internal events, all-hands meetings, and the small things that make up our office culture – from birthdays to merchandise.

You ensure a great Employee Lifecycle. Together with IT and the relevant teams, you organize smooth onboarding and offboarding and take care of organizational matters related to wellbeing and occupational safety.

You take on projects and get hands-on. Whether it's an event, a renovation, or a move: you coordinate timelines, budgets, and stakeholders, and ensure that things run smoothly. And if a light bulb needs changing or a handle needs tightening, you'll just do it yourself.

What you bring

Background
You have completed commercial training, training in hotel and catering or event management, or a comparable background. However, what matters to us is not your specific degree, but that you already have relevant practical experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have experience in Office Management, Workplace Management, Hospitality, Event Management, or a comparable role.

  • You communicate fluently in German and English and are comfortable with digital tools.

  • You are strong in organization and coordination and can confidently manage multiple topics simultaneously.

  • Experience from hotels, catering, or project management is a plus.

Mindset

Hospitality & Service: You enjoy making others feel welcome and well taken care of, and you have an eye for the details that make a difference.

Ownership & Hands-on: You see what needs to be done, take responsibility, and find pragmatic solutions – either yourself or with the right people.

Organization & Calmness: You maintain an overview even when five things are happening at once, set priorities, and ensure that nothing gets left behind.

Good to know:
The position is full-time (40 hours/week) and is based on-site in our Berlin office, so you are in the thick of it with the team and in daily exchange with your colleagues. We will agree on your start date flexibly with you.

You don't meet all the requirements? Apply anyway! We look forward to your application!

What we offer you

Diversity: Flat hierarchies and cultural openness make you an integral part of our diverse team of international talents from day one.

Flexibility: We don't complicate your life. You'll find the right balance with flexible work models, working hours, and mobile working arrangements. 28 days of vacation and 2 additional days off on December 24th and 31st also provide you with relaxing breaks.

Appreciation: You will shape the future of digital wealth management with us in an innovative, award-winning company on a growth trajectory, with high market relevance and plenty of room for your ideas.

Development: We support your personal and professional development with an annual development budget of €1,500. You will also receive high-quality equipment at the beginning of your employment at LIQID, consisting of a MacBook, headphones, and a display.

Smart Money: As a LIQIDian, you will receive attractive conditions for our investment strategies, a monthly lunch subsidy, and exclusive discounts from various providers.

Wellbeing: Regional organic products keep you fit at the office – and our health initiatives or our Health Assistance Program keep you well beyond that.

Your next steps

An excellent candidate experience and transparency are our top priorities in the interview process. The different application phases help us understand what a collaboration could look like.

  • First get-to-know-you with our recruiting team via video call.

  • Video interview with your future manager: We will discuss whether your experience and expectations for the position align with our requirements.

  • In-person meeting: You will meet the team and gain practical insights into working in Office Management.
