Your area of responsibility: Processing customer inquiries
Receipt and clarification of complaints and reclamations
Verification, creation, and booking of incoming and outgoing as well as damage reports
Contact person for customers and internal interface
General administrative tasks

You bring with you: Completed training as Office Manager (m/w/d), ideally with a logistical orientation
Independent working style with hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills and team orientation
Good German and English knowledge
Funded knowledge in MS Office
