foobar Agency is a digital agency specializing in eCommerce solutions for the mid-market. Your tasks
- You will take over the accounts receivable/payable management.
- You will write and record invoices as well as handle reminders and monitor payment deadlines - you will keep track of the invoice.
- The independent processing of sales and purchase documents in EDV belongs to your core tasks.
- You will maintain an overview of our office, coordinate the procurement of consumables, and take on administrative and organizational tasks in the office organization.
- You will handle post-processing and document management.
- You are responsible for preliminary accounting tasks as well as performance billing.
- The credit card settlement also falls within your tasks.
- You will take over the inventory management and travel expense management.
Your profile
- You are willing to support both at the Schwabing location as well as at the Freiham/Neuaubing location. Depending on your profile and desired working hours, a deployment exclusively in one of the two companies is possible after coordination.
- You have completed an apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications in business administration.
- You have secure IT user knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- You bring numerical affinity and knowledge of preliminary accounting as well as knowledge of EDV systems.
- A practical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset characterizes you.
- You possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Your working style is precise, structured, and independent - integrity and discretion are among your strengths.
- You enjoy teamwork.
- For the advertised position, it is necessary that you come from Munich or the surrounding area (remote work possible between on-site and off-site).
