Hourly wage between €18.00 and €21.00 gross

Your tasks: Conduct correspondence and communication in German and English, as well as administrative tasks and optimize them
Prioritize departmental documents
Perform controlling tasks
Maintain and manage budgets
Organize business trips
Edit personnel time data
Process orders
Organize meetings and appointments, including guest management
Create presentations, maintain, and document them
Coordinate and organize onboarding processes for new employees (m/w/d)

You bring: Completed vocational training in a commercial field, e.g. as an office administrator (m/w/d) or office manager (m/w/d), or equivalent
Very good German language skills (GER C1)
Very good English language skills (GER C1)
Familiarity with computer software, e.g. SAP, MS-Office
