Office Administrator

Full Time 58240.00 - 62400.00

Job description

Full-time role for fixed term maturnity leave starting end of September/Start of October.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Payroll Management: Accurately and timely process payroll in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

- Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and support. Ensure inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

-Office Administration: Oversee and manage daily office functions, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

- Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure that important company documents are kept securely and are easily accessible.

- Communication: Facilitate internal and external communication through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to support team needs.

-Support Tasks: Provide support to various departments as needed, including assistance in organizing company events and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Day-to-Day
- Customer Interactions: Greet any visitors and ensure customer queries are addressed with efficiency and courtesy. Forward specific inquiries to the relevant department if necessary.
- Office Maintenance: Check and restock office supplies. Coordinate with vendors for any necessary repairs or services to keep the office running smoothly.
- Administrative Support: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Organize travel arrangements and schedule meetings for senior staff.
- End of Day Checks: Ensure all daily administrative tasks are complete, update the team on any pending issues.

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years' office administration experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in civil & construction(preferred).
  • Experience in Paysource a bonus.
  • Payroll Processing.
  • Eye for detail, accuracy & confidentially essential
