Offer Specialist

Responsabilitati:

• Analyze client requests received from clients or sales team.
• Interpret technical drawings to identify product specifications (dimensions, materials, hardware, finishes).
• Collaborate with suppliers and organization for commercial offer realization.
• Calculate costs for offer realization in collaboration with procurement department.
• Collaborate with departments of achiziții, proiectare și vânzări to verify the feasibility of offers.
• Monitor approval of offers and provide technical support to sales team during negotiations.
• Promote alternative material or execution solutions for cost optimization.
• Closely collaborate with project design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain good communication with project director to understand client needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and propose continuous improvements for the offer process.

Cerinte:

• Middle or higher technical studies (preferably in furniture design, wood engineering, architecture, construction).
• Prior experience in a similar role (offer, production, technical sales).
• Solid knowledge of materials, accessories, processing technologies, and finishing techniques for furniture.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Attention to detail, precision in calculations, analytical thinking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel), ERP or offer software.
• Techincal English knowledge - constitutes an advantage.
• Prior experience in the field of furniture offers or similar fields.
• Knowledge of interior design specific to offices and materials used in the furniture industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and respect tight deadlines.
