Responsibilities - Calculating road and civil engineering tender offers - Direct collaboration with technical director - Participation in site visits related to tenders to be prepared - Reading, interpreting, and discussing project plans for correct tender preparation - Requesting tenders from suppliers or subcontractors and subsequent price analysis - Calculating tenders based on preventive analyses - Introducing and updating tender data on the company's management system (Baubit) - Drafting work plans - Resolving technical and practical problems based on the offer - Billing through internal system - Measurements, cost calculations, liquidations, and performance monitoring - Supervising compliance with and instructing on safety regulations at building sites - Optional knowledge of quality control for insertion as a company manager The profile - Completed education with an engineering degree, construction site technician, or surveyor - Previous experience of at least 15 years in calculating civil engineering and/or road tender offers within Swiss companies - Solid ability to read and interpret project plans for tender preparation - Excellent knowledge of safety regulations, prescriptions, and current laws in Switzerland for building sites - Consolidated planning skills for construction sites, works, means, and measuring every initiative with a practical, competent, and economic eye - Facilitates interaction with technicians, clients, and authorities during site visits and work advancement - Experience using technical programs (Baubit/SSIC) Benefits You will have the opportunity to gain significant experience within a solid company in Ticino.
