• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A POSITIVE AND AUTHENTIC COMMUNICATION.
• Responding to individual wishes and inquiries from customers.
• Developing creative content to make interactions lively.
• Regular analysis and optimization of chat strategies.

Qualification

• Outstanding communication skills and empathy.
• Creativity and joy in writing appealing texts.
• Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive data.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and evenings.
• Safe handling of common digital platforms and tools.
• PC or laptop with good internet connection must be available.
