The Ideal Candidate
He/She acts as a liaison between employees, management, and external Odoo consultants, ensuring that the system efficiently supports the company's operations.
Job Description
User Support and Training
Training new employees on Odoo usage.
Assisting users in resolving daily queries.
Promoting correct and consistent use of Odoo.
Preparing simple user guides and procedures.
Organizing refresher courses when necessary.
Sales - Specific Duties:
Supporting the sales team in CRM usage and issuing quotations.
Ensuring the accuracy of customer information.
Monitoring workflows for quotations and sales orders.
Contributing to the improvement of sales processes.
Field Technical Support Activities - Specific Duties:
Supporting technicians in using the Odoo Field Service module.
Ensuring correct completion of work orders and service reports.
Monitoring technician scheduling and utilization.
Improving service workflows.
Timesheets and Staff Management
Monitoring timesheet completion.
Supporting managers with employee records.
Contributing to the improvement of staff reporting.
Ensuring information is entered consistently.
Vehicle Fleet - Specific Duties:
Supporting the management of company vehicles.
Monitoring maintenance schedules.
Tracking service intervals and vehicle information.
Reporting - Specific Duties:
Prepare periodic reports for management, including:
Sales Performance
Service Activities
Technician Utilization
Timesheet Completion
Vehicle Fleet Status
ERP Usage
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to simplify business processes.
Collect feedback from users.
Coordinate ERP system improvements with the Odoo partner.
Test new functionalities before implementation.
ERP Administration - Specific Duties:
Manage user access and permissions.
Maintain correct master data.
Coordinate system updates with the Odoo partner.
Report issues and track their resolution.
Required Skills for the Position:
Solid knowledge of the Odoo ERP system.
Strong organizational skills.
Good communication and coaching skills.
Process-oriented thinking.
Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
Problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
