Foundryman – Die Casting Machine Operator (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Preparing the workstation for casting by selecting molds, machines, and auxiliary materials,
• Conducting the casting process on automatic and manual machines,
• Preparing the mold for metal pouring and equipping the casting machines,
• Checking the temperature of the liquid metal before pouring into the mold and comparing it with the data in the instructions,
• Maintaining and repairing ladles and melting furnaces,
• Coating mold surfaces with appropriate protective coatings,
• Checking the compliance of cast parts with technical documentation,
• Adhering to applicable instructions and regulations on health and safety, fire protection, including the use of equipment and personal protective gear,
• Organizing a safe workstation for oneself and colleagues,
• Applying safe working methods,
• Maintaining order at the workstation after finishing work.
