Job description

Job Description: Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies and plans including stakeholder engagement communications training and resistance management.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to support largescale transformations initiatives.
  • Serve as a business advisor for insurance operations workflows and best practices across insurance domains.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project managers technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Create and deliver engaging communications training materials and workshops tailored to business users.
  • Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support organizational alignment efforts and during transitions to new core systems and digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on trends technologies and best practices in the insurance sector and share insights with clients and the team.
Qualifications:
  • Education Masters degree MBA or related.
Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Candidateagement with demonstrated project leadership.
  • Strong background in insurance consulting specially within insurance domains such as underwriting billing claims policy administration or risk management.
  • Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with change methodologies such as ADKAR PROClientI or similar frameworks.
  • Proven track record of successful business transformation and technology adoption efforts.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations regulations and emerging industry trends.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with insurance core systems such as Duck Creek Guidewire Majesco etc
  • Familiarity with CRM or contact center technologies like Microsoft Dynamics 365 NICE CXone NICE inContact etc.
  • Prior experience in Agile andor SAFe environments.
  • Certification in Change Candidateagement methodologies eg Prosci ACMP is a strong plus.
