OCI Support (IDCS) Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Title: OCI & IDCS Infrastructure Support Specialist Location - Hyderabad, Pune, Noida. We are looking for a primary OCI skilled person with ExaCS patching and IDCS integration experience. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to provide infrastructure support services for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Identity Cloud Service (IDCS). The role involves implementing and integrating E-Business Suite (EBS) and other applications with IDCS for Single Sign-On (SSO), designing and deploying secure and scalable architectures, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Key Responsibilities: • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for OCI and IDCS infrastructure, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. • Design and deploy secure and scalable architectures for EBS and other applications integrated with IDCS. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EBS and other applications with IDCS. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OCI and IDCS infrastructure. • Develop and maintain knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Identity Cloud Service (IDCS). • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in cloud computing and identity management. • Work closely with other teams to ensure that all aspects of the infrastructure are properly integrated and functioning as expected. • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. • Develop and maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions. • Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize technical debt. • Stay current with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) releases, updates, and best practices.
