Ocean Export Operated Forwarder - Temporary

As an Ocean Export Operated Forwarder, you will be responsible for the following tasks: * Coordinating ocean freight operations from Japan to various countries around the world. * Preparing and submitting necessary documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. * Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and procedures in each country. * Maintaining accurate records of shipments and cargo movements. * Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics or related field. * At least 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding or a related field. * Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
