Job Title: Occupational Therapy - Team Manager Location: Stoke-on-Trent Pay Rate: £52 per hour About the Role: Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to lead and inspire a team? We’re looking for a dynamic and reflective leader to join our Adult Social Care service in Stoke, driving innovation and excellence in occupational therapy practice. Your Mission: Ensure individuals are fully involved and empowered throughout their journey with the service Understand each person’s unique needs and goals, and work collaboratively with them to achieve positive outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in people's lives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists, providing guidance, support and supervision as needed • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of occupational therapy services • Work closely with other professionals, including social workers, nurses and doctors, to ensure seamless care pathways for individuals • Stay up-to-date with best practice in occupational therapy and apply this knowledge to drive service improvement • Be an ambassador for our Adult Social Care service, promoting its values and ethos to colleagues, stakeholders and the wider community.
